It's funny how losing weight gives you more energy. It's true! I don't feel as tired anymore. The days where I am a really good girl food-wise, I feel so much more alert. I feel that the more I lose weight, the more energy I have, and the more weight I'll lose simply from having the energy to move more ...a healthy circle.

WEEK 1

I have seen my 20s and my 30s go by without managing to get to where I wanted to be weight-wise. As I slowly inch my way to my mid-40s I refuse to have the same regrets. The difference is, that it's no longer just about the weight...it's about feeling good! Starving myself to get to a certain weight is not going to make me feel good and it'll only be temporary. I want to feel good, to feel healthy and to be happy.
